THE PAVILIONS AT ST. EDWARD'S UNIVERSITY
As part of the final phase of a campus master plan at fast-growing St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, Elliott Sidewalk Communities is developing a $40 million, 133-unit, 450-student housing apartment complex that will provide on-campus housing right on “the hilltop” in the heart of the vibrant university.
Coakley Williams Construction is overseeing construction of the complex, which is comprised of four buildings that surround a central courtyard along with “Market” retail, and that are connected by elevated walkways. Each apartment is fully furnished and competitively priced. The new complex will ensure the university remains competitive in attracting new students while respecting both the beauty and character of its urban campus and the Austin vibe through local architecture and interior heritage. The courtyard also doubles as a festival location for campus activities.
