Tim Elliott, managing partner of developer Elliott Sidewalk Communities, discusses how the lifestyles of millennial workers are shaping the $11 million project.

Q: How will The Outfields appeal to younger workers?

A: ``Many millennials are looking for more vibrant community space. This generation is less dependent on the car. They enjoy walking in the urban environment more so than previous generations.
