Peters Development joins multi-million-dollar project in High Point
A late-inning roster addition has been made to the development team behind the multi-million dollar project taking place behind the BB&T Point baseball stadium in High Point.
Elliott Sidewalk Communities, the chief developer constructing The Outfields – a three-story mixed use office building, apartments and hotel – announced today that Peters Development has invested in the first leg of the project.
275 North Elm will be home to a 12,000-square-foot first-floor food hall and a main lobby with access the upper floors of 34,000 square feet of Class A mixed-use office space.
Peters Development LLC was founded by entrepreneur and gastroenterologist Dr. Lenny Peters. Tim Elliott, master planner and managing partner of Elliott Sidewalk Communities, said he met Peters in May. The two have since had several meetings to discuss their two firms and a potential partnership.
