Coldwell Banker Advantage to Locate Offices Downtown

High Point, NC – High Point Economic Development Corporation (High Point EDC) announces Coldwell Banker Advantage (CBA) as the newest company to locate its offices downtown. CBA will relocate its current office from 2212 Eastchester Dr. to The Bedrock building in The Outfields at 275 N. Elm St.

This announcement follows the July 18 public hearing, during which High Point EDC staff recommended incentives for the company under the Targeted Downtown and Building Upfit policies. The request was unanimously authorized by High Point City Council.
